It depends on the service level and the size of the home. Consultations start at $250. Full vacant staging starts at $2,500. Builder staging starts at $3,000. Every project is quoted individually after we assess the property.
No. Consultations are paid at booking. For staging projects, a 50% deposit reserves your date and inventory. The remaining balance is due on install day.
Standard residential contracts run 30 to 60 days. Builder contracts run 60 to 90 days. Extensions are available at a prorated rate. De-staging is included in the original fee.
Yes. Agents and builders who stage multiple properties through Totem receive volume pricing. Multi-unit builder contracts are priced per agreement, and the per-home cost drops as the number of units increases.
Every project includes an initial consultation, a written staging plan, timeline and scheduling coordination, photography timing support, and post-staging help through the duration of your contract.
