A townhome staged to read warm, current, and move-in ready.
We styled every main room to photograph well and show even better in person. Buyers walked into spaces that felt considered, not staged over. The palette stayed calm, with olive and terracotta accents against soft grey.

Project overview
The home had good bones and generous light. It needed styling that framed both for buyers scrolling the listing.
We layered rattan pendants, olive tones, and herringbone detail to give each room a clear point of focus. Furniture was scaled to open the floor plan and guide the eye toward the windows. Art and books added life without clutter.
