Chesterfield seating and terracotta accents gave the main rooms a grounded, collected feel. We staged the great room, dining, and primary suite to carry the whole tour. Every shot was framed for the listing gallery first.

Project overview
The home carried strong traditional detail, from wainscot to a screened porch. The staging needed to honor that without feeling dated.
We paired Chesterfield sofas with warm terracotta and clean linens to bridge classic and current. Rooms were arranged to show scale and flow, then styled with restraint. The primary suite leaned calm and spa-like.
